My Goals:
I want to drop to 130 lbs, but along with that I want to drop 2% from my body fat.

My Program:
I have added strength training to help lose body fat. On Monday and Thursday I do lower body, Tuesday and Friday I do upper body, Wednesday and Saturday is for abs, and Sunday is my day off.

Personal Information:
In high school I was a dancer and cheerleader, now I can hardly run! So I want to lose weight, get in shape, and coach a local cheer squad.

I just love today's challenge "Rewrite your thoughts". You really get me thinking. I am a Christian, and I think a lot of times I dont' realize the tiny little things that I let take over when I mindlessly look at people/situations.
I hug you and will keep this challenge close to my heart today :)

Remember in the not so distant past you had a challenge to re-check our favorites list to make sure our amounts were accurate? Maybe the company changed a recipe or the amount in a container, for instance. Today I had a small, but important discovery that reminded me of that challenge.

I usually just sprinkle some parm cheese on things. Today I decided to measure out my 2 Tablespoons just to be sure. Then I checked out the label. I don't know how long I've been doing this, but a serving size of grated parm cheese is 2 Teaspoons, not 2 Tbsps! emoticon I guess way back when I misread the label and just went on my merry way.

So that one-day challenge is still paying off. Thanks again.
