Becoming the Person I Want to Be

I hardly recognized myself in the pictures from our most recent vacation. I knew it was time to take action. I learned about SparkPeople from an article I read online, and I decided it was worth a try. My goal is to lose 22 lbs. before my niece's wedding at the end of June. I am committed to taking steps that will help my overall health and slim my waistline.
