Hi I was reading through the bootcamp daily thread .. and saw your post. If you're not getting enough protein try adding some skinless boneless chicken breasts baked and sliced on top of salads. Nibble on soy nuts for a proteiin filled snack. Make 'ants on a log' with celery, peanut butter (use the natural kind - no added sugar) and raisins. Make an omelet with 1 egg and 1 egg yolk. These are all pretty high protein .. I have the opposite problem, I usually eat a bit too much protein .. so maybe we should just swap a meal every day! lol 3176 days ago
