I was active and fit when I was younger. I gained 20 lbs in college and stayed that way until I got engaged. I hit 185lbs while I was married, which was my previous all time highest weight. I then started walking and changing how I ate, and fell in love with dancing and working out. I got a divorce, changed jobs and loved life! I was down at 145lbs 3 years ago, 10lbs lighter and more fit than I was in college. I met someone new and I let things slide, I got lazy, I fell into old patterns...I'm ...

My Goals:
Start being myself and loving who that is.

Stop listening to people who put me down.

Stop caring so much what other people think of me. (It can be crippling at times.)

Let more people in.

Stop hiding who I am just so people won't judge me.

Be vulnerable. (And find the strength in that.)

I used to belly dance and would LOVE to get back to where I was! (145lbs - Size 4)

Per the SP Tracker I should be able to reach my goal weight by 9/13/11 if I lose 2lbs a week starting 1/10/11. I put this here to remind myself not to let time slip by - no more saying, "I will start this tomorrow." because time flies by too quickly!

Thanks for the goody. I am just feeling really down today. I have to spend New Years Eve alone and I am thinking that the time has come to end things with the bf because of it. But I can't afford to have him move out and still pay all the bills. I am just very sad and confused right now. Thanks for lending an ear.
