Starting Over

Spark page helped me lose 15 pounds. I hurt myself running and lost all motivation and have gained it all back. I've decided I liked myself better 15 pounds ago. So here I go again........

My Goals:
To lose weight, get into shape, and run in a marathon this December.

My Program:
I'm running 3 to 4 times a week and doing some kickboxing excercises. Also mixing in P90x and Insanity workouts.

Other Information:
I injured myself running in last November's half marathon. I finished it but I was dissapointed in my time. It was my first and only half marathon. I quit running for about 4 months after that and now I'm determined to return to that race and do it again and do it better.
