Want to be healthy for my daughter

Hi! I'm a 31 yo single mom to a beautiful 19 month old little girl. I have always struggled with my weight. Hi! I'm a 31 yo single mom to a beautiful 19 month old little girl. I have always struggled with my weight. About 6 years ago I started on a weight loss journey after a visit to the doctors revealed high blood pressure. It took about a year and half but I lost 130 pounds. I pretty much maintained my weight loss until I got pregnant with my daughter a little over 2 years. While I was pregnant I gained about 35 pounds of which 15 pounds came off after the birth. I struggled with getting exercise in to lose the weight but failed. Then when my daughter was 8 months old I got pregnant again. I ended up having a D&C at 12 weeks but subsequently had gained 15 pounds in the pregnancy. Now I have reached a point where I need to lose 37 pounds to reach my goal weight of 165 pounds. I really want to do this for my daughter. I want to show her that it is a good thing to live a healthy life.

My goal weight is 165 pounds.

Also I want to happy and healthy.

I want to "catch up" on my scrapbooking.

My Program:
Cardio 1 hour/day most days of the week

Strength Training 3xweek

Running after my toddler

Other Information:
My favorite hobby is scrapbooking. I also love to read (usually fiction-- dramas, murder mysteries, etc).


You have to take the good with the bad, smile with the sad, love what you got and remember what you had, always forgive, but never forget, learn from your mistakes, but never regret, people change, things go wrong, just remember...Life goes on.
