Your Attitude Makes A Difference!
2009 was one of the best years of my life! I set forth and accomplished more goals than I even set for myself. I realized after all these years that.....
1. is NOT about being skinny, it IS about being healthy!
2. you have to eat to lose weight!
3. when you start building muscle the fat simply starts pouring off!!
4. sometimes in order to accomplish your goals you have to be a little selfish and put you first, and...
5. I simply could have not any of this ...

5. I simply could have not any of this without the support of friends, family and most of all Spark People!!
Now that the weight is off, ( I am almost down to my goal weight, however the number is not a goal for me anymore) I am taking this year to improve my endurance and strength. I would like to more well defined abs as well!
I plan on pushing myself this year just to see how I can go!

Goals for 2010:
Run a 2-4 5ks and then start training for a half marathon.
Increase my weights at regular intervals.

Personal Information:
I reside in Mentor, Ohio which is a suburb of Cleveland. I have lived in Ohio most of my life.
I am a very proud wife of an extremely special man named Marino and we have three beautiful daughters Emily (14), Megan (13) and Molly (8).
I am very involved in the local Girl Scouts, being the leader of two troops and also very involved in our local service unit.
I enjoy scrapbooking and stamping!
Other Information:
I work as a Business Office Manager for an assisted living community near my home and enjoy working with seniors every day!
