I am setting a goal to be fit and get down to what I weighed in grade 12. I originally decided to do this as part of a healthy goal commitment that we have set out in my workplace for 2013 but now I am doing this for myself but also for my father who just passed away on Dec.27th, 2012. He was always a healthy and fit man and was always getting after me about staying in shape and it's importance.

My Goals:
Lose 25 lbs starting out but would love to lose 50-65 lbs in the end.
Get fit for my dad.

My Program:
I am a member of the '30 Minute Hit' gym where I go at minimum 3 times a week. I am not starving myself of any foods as I have learned this is not good for me as it will make me binge eat a particular item. The key is to watch the amount of calories burned and the amount of calories on intake.

Personal Information:
I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband and work at the Four Points

Other Information:
Love Twilight books/Movies (pretty much anything vampire related), also love watching Netflix! :) Love reading on my Kobo and relaxing with my hubby.
