My Goals:
My goal weight is 117. I would like to maingtain my weight between 115 and 120. My current body fat (12/17/2009) is 28.6. My goal is 24%-25%. Continue to work on my cardio and strength training to tone my body. I will never again have the body of a 29 year old, but I can at least be fit and healthy. That is my overall goal. I want to go into my 60's more fit and healthy than I when I entered my 50's.
My Program:
Cardio workouts 5 days a week. Yoga 3 days a week.. Strength training 20 min, 2 days a week. Track my nutrition and fitness daily. I have significantly reduced my refined starches and sugars and have found this to be a good program for me. I don't go to extremes and I do enjoy the occasional piece of pizza or dish of ice cream. It is important to enjoy things I enjoy as occasional treats, but not make them part of my eating habits.
