    I can recall using Stevia a few years ago. I bought it at Roots, a nearby health food store. I don't think I liked it. If I drink tea, I don't have to use any sugar, so perhaps that's what I'll start doing. I'll look for the other sweetener you mentioned and let you know if I find it (Amazon might be the place to find it, you're right).

    OK this is good thanks for your insight. I adjusted my settings to reflect my low carb high fat program. I thought I would take a look at say .... yesterday .... and what an eye opener! For example, yesterday I thought I would start low carb high fat. I messed up from the start LOL. I am not "counting" yesterday as my real first day but .... if I did, I would have messed up. My carbs were too high, my fat and proteins were too low and my calorie intake was just right. I really think I am addicted to carbs. I also adjusted my ticker to the day we are taking a trip to Ireland -- I'll be celebrating my 50th bday! That trip .... and looking good..... is a true motivator for me. Your question on cholesterol. My mom does not struggle with weight issues, she is on cholesterol medication. My last doctor visit my weight was the highest it has ever been as well as my cholesterol. So I need to drop the weight, lower my cholesterol. I'm a huge pinterest fan and have tons of Paleo. I also post Paleo pics on Instagram. Those were mostly fruit. I'll need to limit fruits now! Please please wish me luck. Nothing else is working for me..... apologies for the long post here LOL!

    Hi there! Congrats again on your most awesome milestone! Super terrific. I started doing Paleo and really enjoyed and in just 3 days my aches and pains were gone. While doing Paleo, I was having a hard time with the Spark People food tracker for obvious reasons, fat is too high etc. I want to get back on but don't want the "shadow" of I'm doing something wrong on SP because when I run my daily nutrition tracker, everything is way off. Does this make sense? Can you tell me how you tracked your progress on the low carb high fat program? I absolutely have to try again.... I'm motivated! Thank you in advance!
