Struggling RD Student

I just moved and would love a buddy for support, motivation and heck... just to make the time go by faster. I am an out of shape yet fitness/health loving RD student. I actually enjoy spending time at the gym and cooking healthy recipes. I am slowly teaching my body how to run and build up endurance for jogging. It's something that I have never been able to do.

Personal Information:
In the process of trying to be healthier I quit smoking November 1, 2008. I knew that I could not advocate health as an RD if I wad to stop and take smoke breaks. In the process, I managed to gain over 40 pounds. I hope that this is the last time that I will have to take weight off. UGH!

I love love love to spin/indoor cycle!!!
