My Goals:
My main goal is to stick to planning on the nutrion tracker and actually eat ALL of the food. LOL i think i was under eating and junk snaking. Loose 24 lbs. At 159 & heading to 135 by June. Train for a MARATHON. 01/2012
My Program:
I will stick to the food tracker. Seek for motivation in the board and blogs. Dance Dance Dance. Run at least 9-12 miles a week to start.
