Finding Balance

I am twenty-two, just beginning my life in the real world AND I moved in with my boyfriend in NYC. The first few months I was so busy adjusting to these changes that I "let myself go" and gained 15 pounds.

This is my attempt at bringing back me. I want my energy back. Not to mention my old figure!

My Goals:
Goal #1: Stick to my vitamin and supplement plan -- as prescribed by my doctor.

Goal #2: Eat less refined carbs and replace them with healthier alternatives.

Goal #3: Begin a very simple exercise plan that I can stick to without exhausting myself.

My Program:
- Water, water, water!

- Eat lots of fatty fish -- tuna and salmon, along with whole grains and fresh produce.

- Take my vitamins as prescribed.

- Incorporate some form of exercise into my daily schedule, such as getting off at a subway stop farther from my destination, stretching before bed, or rollerblading after work.

Personal Information:
I'm 22 and I just moved to New York City after graduation in May 2006. I moved in with my boyfriend and began working at a large law firm. I am working with my doctor to develop a nutritional plan that increases my consumption of omega fatty acids and B vitamins in order to increase my energy levels, which are currently near zero hence my lack of exercise.
