Loving me like never before
My Lap band Journey started on Feb 26, 2009 that was the first day of the rest of my life. My Starting weight was 235 lbs. I've lost 81 pounds. I now weight 154 lbs (. I have 9 lbs to go, to meet my goal weigh. I workout faithfully 5 to 6 days a week for an hour, I walk 3 to 4 miles. I do 10 min of Ab workout every night. I'm truly Living and Lovin Lap Band. They stand in our minds and and hearts. I'm happily married to a loving, patient, wonderful Man. My husband mark is retired military/work full time as a tax collector, we met in Germany, I'm prior service. But most importantly, My husband is a Cancer Survivor work Full time. We have 2 young adults our dau is 23 graduated in May 06 with BA in fine arts. Our son 21 in U.S. Air force. After all, as a wife and mom with faults and flaws like most others in this world, it's the everyday stuff of life that keeps me grounded and walking close to Him.

I've lost 87 lbs!!!!! (whoohooo!)
