Thank you! I was thinking the same thing... get that back one off and feel good with that, and I should be ok. The next step: off and on with the tire! I've done it before, but do not feel confident yet. But, I figure if I can do car tires, I can do bike tires! Right?!?!? :)
I"m hoping for a speedy recovery. Things already feeling better. I'm doing the RICE routine right now! Fortunately my next big event is indeed a bike ride. I'm not in a run until March.. so my fingers are crossed!
