Keeping it off, keeping it together!

My weight has yo-yo'd most of my adult life, and as a result I became fearful of the next rebound. The stress would send me back to emotional eating and it never took long to gain more than I lost in the first place. In Sept 2009, I reached my max weight of 70kg/154lb... now I am down to 50kg/110lb. Today I work hard on keeping it together and keep the faith that I can maintain this time round.

My Goals:
Now that I lost the weight, my goal is to keep it off without stressing myself out.

My Program:
I track what I eat and stay within my daily limits religiously. I eat small portion meals five times a day, and I try to exercise four times a week for over 30mins. I also cycle everywhere on weekends - no trains, no cars.
