Thanks for your comment on my page. I am on week 2 of phase 2, my hubby and I are doing it together. He has lost 10 lbs. and I have lost 5. I think for me the key is consistent exercise with it, I injured my knee last week or I think I would have lost more. I jumped ship on Sunday evening, we had a bit of a crisis, and I just had to have a hot fudge Sundae. So I just went with it, and because I have not had a bit of sugar, when I ate that thing, it was so sweet it tasted disgusting. I may be cured of my chocoholism; but we'll have to see. haha It goes as well for me as I am willing to invest in it; I know you will do well.
