My Goals:
I really just want to feel energetic and healthy, and like shopping again. It's been a long time since I looked forward to shopping for clothes.

My Program:
Walking every day, working out at the Y three-four times a week, trying to drink more water, making sure I have breakfast every day, and tracking my food intake.

I'm also trying to log in 10,000 steps a day on my pedometer.

Personal Information:
I'm a writer, pastor's wife, and mother of two living in the Pacific Northwest

Other Information:
When I'm not busy with everything else, I love to knit. I also love working in my garden and greenhouse.

Just read of your looking for plateau breakers. The best way I have done this is to eat at my high calorie range two days a week, mid range two days a week and low end the rest of the week. I did this for a couple of weeks and started losing my one pound a week again. After that I changed up my exercising a bit and so far so good. Hope this helps a little. Have a great weekend and try to make healthy choices. emoticon
