My Goals:
I would like to lose about 15-20 more pounds, and be healthy and fit. I want to feel good about how I look and feel.

My Program:
I am counting my calories/fats/carbs on this site. I am eating every 2 hours, and am able to make healthier choices and less food. I am trying to exercise every day.

My name is Michelle, and I live in the mountains in Colorado. I am married to a wonderful funny man, who is also trying to watch what he eats in his own way...which really helps!

Other Information:
I travel for a living, which is really interesting and fun, but can make dieting and exercise a big challenge for me.

emoticon Hi Michelle! I'm just stopping by to see how you're doing! How's your foot feeling? I'm doing well myself, making some personal progress, its finally sunk in that I really have to be more mindful of my calories if I want to get past my plateaus & that all my working out wasn't burning off all of the calories I was stuffing into my mouth. emoticon I was being stubborn, but now I'm making progress. emoticon Did anyone ever explain the paleo diet or will u have to do more research? I'm not sure about it myself. Anyway, I hope u have a Marvelous day! Don't be a stranger!

Hi Michelle!!! First I wanna say Thank you so much for the SparkGoodie!!! I've been doing plenty of stepping on & off of my Wii Fit balance board! In my friend feed, u asked if I use it for my workouts...lately I have. But I usually find time for the gym at least 3 or more times a week to do some kinda heavy weight lifting with my upper body...I've slacked up on lower body heavy weight-bearing due to joint discomfort in my knees, hip flexors, etc. I like using the Wii for a fun change of pace & its also done with my family most of the time. My girls got a big kick out of seeing me do Super Hula Hoop for 10 minutes straight (5 min going in each direction). Besides that game & all the stepping games, I really enjoy using the Gold's Gym cardio workout. I've tried it while wearing a 20 lb weighted vest too! emoticon emoticon emoticon
