My wish, that I've had since birthing babies, is to get rid or reduce the 'pooch'.
My Program:
I'm sticking to the strenghth training and pilates for now, and working alot with the 'ball' on cruches.
I'm finding out now in stage two that I crave new exercises and water! Go figure! lol
