Yup that was the bridge run in Brunswick. It was challenging. Looking at the results, I could/should/would have placed 3rd in my division if I'd been closer to the front of the start. I thought they only used gun time to determine overall winners, not all places. The woman who "beat" me was 2 seconds ahead of me gun time, yet nearly 30 seconds behind me chip time. I've always had a hard time with really heavy weights and my skeleton- I just always seem to get injured. For me personally, I have found that regular, methodical weight training works best.
BTW- I LOVE your background piuc! The one of her standing sideways to the camera holding the two Dumbbells is on the inside of my pantry door, which I use for my inspiration board. 1653 days ago
