Well, I just started using the spark people page about a week ago. i absolutely love it. I've about 140 pounds to lose, and I just lost my first 20. It feels great.

My Goals:
My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle and get down to 125 pounds. I've been a member at the YMCA for a month now and i have lost 17 pounds. I'm really happy with my progress and I am really learning to love exercisng..I want to go every day now.

My Program:
Well, I'm working out 5 to 6 days a week. Doing lots of Cardio. I'm also really changing my eating habits and using the food tracker on the website. It Helps so much. I've really learned to love elliptical workouts. Its hard at first, but once i get though that first 5 minutes, I just wanna keep going. I am also doing short cardio and ab workouts on Exercise on demand. It really helps when i just wanna do something short, but right to the point.
