A New Life!

I have started I have stopped. I wouldn't say that I failed, but I just learned a little more. You can't lose the weight and expect it to stay off if you don't maintain a regular workout program or eating habits. You can't work so hard to make it and then go back to your old habits and expect everything to stay were you want them. To lose weight, change your attitude towards food. Too often we treat food as an award or consolation in times of need for comfort. Food is fuel for your body. Choose food packed with vitamins, fiber and other essential nutrients, not just calories. Stay on your Spark plan this weekend!
