My name is Misty and I am 28 years old. I am too young to feel this crappy and I want better for myself and life! I have a loving fiancÚ who helps push me through the tough times, and a pupster (Lily) who loves going on walks and cuddling :)
I have SO many goals planned for my life:
Shark diving
Adventure tours
Wedding in 2015

My Goals:
I would like to lose 100 pounds, i would like to be able to go white water rafting, hiking and swimming with friends without feeling tired or embarassed. I plan on rewarding myself with a shark diving trip i intend to start saving up for :D

My Program:
I am going back to the diet i was once on, a couple years ago i lost 80 pounds, and than went threw a rough patch and gained half of it back, so before i gain the rest back im going to bite it in the backside and fix what i have done!

Personal Information:
I live in a small New England town with lots of hiking options, orchards, and swimming holes. The air is crisp and the dirt is begging for some sneaker action.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. The hot air balloon ride was AWESOME -- I'm still on a "high" from it! This ride was out of Phoenix. Hope you and your friend have a great ride too!

Congrats on getting active with SparkPeople - it's a great community, wonderful resources and fantastic support- it's also lots of fun and easy to make friends because we're all in this together.

Sometimes the best way to start is to just pick a small goal such as drinking 8 glasses of water a day or eating 5 fruits and veggies plus a small exercise goal such as increasing whatever you've been doing by 10% - I like the way a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE is emphasized here instead of a 'quick fix wonder diet' and another nice thing about SparkPeople is that we have permission to be human - we don't have to change everything at once or be in a hurry to reach our goals. Take a few baby steps and then a few more and before you know it, you'll have completed a long journey - I hope you enjoy this community as much as I have - it teaches us how to make positive lifetime changes because that's the only thing that will work over time!
