Fitness=FUN

I'm 32 and intend to get into the best shape of my life. I believe fitness should be fun. I'm not of the "No pain, no gain" philosophy.

I'm a grad student in Boulder, CO and I spend most of my free time running around with horses.

I want to lose about 15 pounds. It would be great to find some folks to run or hike with, who have similar fitness goals.

My Goals:
My main goal is to feel lean, strong, and healthy. The stronger I am, the more I can challenge myself with the horses I work with.

My Program:
* Running 3X per wk.
* Horseback riding 1X per wk.
* Cutting out processed foods.
* No eating past 8PM.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from West Texas and am going to grad school in CO. I fancy myself a cowgirl at heart. I like to run around with horses and make little kids smile. Oh, and I'm allergic to BS.

My girlfriends and I like to say to each other: Are you going to cowgirl up or just lay there and bleed?

Thank you for visitingm y blog about cravings at that time of the month. I can honestly say that I didn't know that during our monthly we need the extra protein, now that I do I will give that a try for sure next month. Thank you for the tip.
