ready to be skinny and fearce. again!!!
i am a single stay at homed disabled mother of 1 child. i was diagnosed in august of 2007 with a heart conditon. and have lost the will to even attempt to lose the wieght that i so desperately need to lose to even live for me and my son. i want to lose the 100 pounds i gained having my son 5 yrs ago. plus a additional 15-30 pounds give or take. i just want to be happy and healthy. and i realize i cant do it without support. and since my friends seem to be skinny people that believe that fat is ...

My Goals:
to get down to 135 my healthy rny gastric bypass bmi weight range
eat at least 100g of protein a day
to drink at least 64oz water a day
to do at least exercise daily
to lower my cholesteral
to get healthy
to get my pre baby body back
to take my suppliments as i should
My Program:
i under went a rny gastric bypass on 9/16/11 and weighed 316lbs i am continueing to work to the best of my ability to get all the weight off and reach my rny bmi weight loss goal weight and maintain it. with my health conditions and finances exercise is my biggest struggle but am coming up with ways to fix that.

a proud wicca witch practioner, and a proud mother of one witchlet son.
i am currently engaged to a wiccan as well. who no matter what size i have been he loved me for me. we are all goths and gamers so life sitting on our butts happens alot. but we are working on changing that together
