My Goals:
Goal #1-Achieve recommended BMI for long term health.

Goal #2-Practice delayed gratification to reward myself for a job well done!

Goal #3- Ride the Waves to Wine from the Golden Gate Bridge to Napa in two days.

My Program:
1. Write everything down.
2. Keep practicing!! 2 steps forward 1 step back.
3. Daily exercise. At least 30 minutes. (3000 cal/week)
4. 5+ fruits and veg
5. Sensible, nutritious meals

Other Information:
"This is not about instant gratification. You have to work hard for it, sweat for it, give up sleeping in on Sunday mornings."
