Honest... I'm not that much trouble

Though this has been my nickname from my fiance for all our lives

I have 3 teen boys, 2 poodles, and a wonderful man. I live in Kitchener Ontario and enjoy my life for the most part.

I am looking to lose weight for me, not for anyone else, this way if I fail I don't let anyone down. My biggest thing I watch is portion distortion, for the past 5-10 years I ate the same portions as my kids... and well that in my eyes was my biggest downfall, I cannot eat like a teenage boy and since I have been watching that I have noticed some small improvements, add the exercise and I know I can reach my goal.

I have MHE (Multiple Hereditary Exostoses) which gives me wonderful and achy bones as well as limits my flexibility, but I have been curious about the whole yoga and palates things and hope that it does help some but at the same time not make me want to cry for 2 hours after :)

My Goals:
G1 - 175- Williams Desert Waffle

G2 - 160 (Hubby quits smoking and joins me at the gym)



G3 - 145 (most I weighed ever being pregnant with any of my 3 kids) - new workout outfit



G4 - 120 (just for me) - If I reach this, then I will finally go get my 2 times C-section stomach flab fixed (plastic surgery/tummy tuck)


My Program:
Biggest thing... Portion distortion! - I really watch HOW MUCH I eat, not what I eat, I've never been into chips, pop or chocolate... so junk food was never my enemy... I never eat anything more then a fist full :) and try to eat 5 times a day. I also am still working on a exercise program that is realistic and practical for my lifestyle

Mom of 3 wonderful teenage boys... Have to cute toy poodles and in love with one of the sweetest and kindest men I have ever known.


Other Information:
For fun and excitement I like to play World of Warcraft, do crafts or read.
