    Helloooo,
Thank's for your comment on my page. I too love a big tub of extra butter popcorn at the movies, which is probably why I don't go there very often. I have had popcorn cakes in the past and find that I just eat too many of them. I think it's the crunchy salty combo that get's me but since I have high blood pressure, I really have to watch the salt intake. I would love to wear a bikini but since I'm going to be 54 this year I think I will just settle for one of those really cool Speedo one piece suits. It has to be blue with a little black or white in it so I can be color coordinated when I get on my wave runner. LOL!!!!! Take care and good luck, Cheri

Helloooo! Not a silly question at all. I brown 2 lbs of ground chuck with diced onions and canned diced tomatoes (season with salt, pepper and chili powder). When the meat is cooked through, I drain it and then add two cans of Bush's chili beans (mild) and one can of tomato sauce. Then, I melt in 2 slices of American Cheese, one very large dollup of sour cream, and two shakes of Lea & Perrins. When it's simmered for about 20 minutes, I serve it with crunched up Fritos. It is oh so good, but horribly bad at the same time. And that's why I wrote what I did in my blog. LOL!

Thanks a bunch for the comment and keep up the good work! :)
