I'm starting off at 250 lbs in the search of my mini-me. Mission goal? 135 lbs for 2014. Can I do it? YES I CAN? Will it be easy? No. Not even close. I want a healthier, happier, stronger, and lighter me. No more excuses, no more jeans with a size older than my age!
2013 is a new year, and a fresh start!
Eat healthier foods at home and school, eat a breakfast daily, and exercise whenever bored instead of playing Skyrim or online.
I'll be doing many of the workouts listed on Back on Pointe as well as some of SP's and others found online. When I do ones not on SP, I will link to them in a blog. :)
I'm a girl from Iowa studying English at Iowa State University, working in the offices there. I enjoy reading, getting lost in Skyrim and Hogwarts, writing Harry Potter fanfiction, and stretching.
I'm attempting to read Game of Thrones in my spare time but to be honest, who has spare time in college especially after reading all day for class and work. I probably play for too much Halo and Skyrim but they're nice to relax with. I'm a huge fan of music and will probably dance around my dorm room to just about anything.

Heya, Miss Manda, and welcome to SparkPeople! You left a comment on my blog asking if Walk It Out (the video game) was anything like Personal Trainer: Walking for the DS. :) It isn't really. While it keeps track of your steps, it doesn't have pedometer capabilities. You are relegated to staying in one room and either walking through that room or walking in place. I don't know if PT:W has the game elements that Walk it Out does. There is a trailer on Amazon.com for the game if you're interested though. :D Some other active games you might try (besides the general work-out/exercise games like wii fit) are Just Dance, We Cheer / We Cheer 2, and Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Party 3. I don't have the last few (thinking about it) but I do have Just Dance. The only downside to that one is there are only 30 songs. Hope this helps. :D
