    Our monthly challenge is the "October 2013 Fitness Challenge" emoticon You compete with your own fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week on Sunday and cover various topics. This week it's called "Back to basics" and the purpose is to get basics that started our weight loss. emoticon emoticon emoticon The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored.  We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have, right now it's called "The 6 Word Success Story Challenge" and concentrates on your success to motivate you forward emoticon

    Hi--Thanks for the message on my page! To save my wrists (tendonitis) I pasted much of my message from the intro on team. I have been juicing for several months ....... (Greendrinks) ................ My DH and I have seen emoticon health results! .......... Both his and my Doctors' have commented and taken notice w/ so many changes! ...........
    I am not fasting ......... But for one: My breakfast is no longer a large meal ........... is not necessary w/ the completeness of the drink. A typical drink made first thing looks like:

    Kale--Spinach--1 rib celery
    1-2 organic carrots
    handful of watercress
    baby bok choy
    Blueberries/ one banana
    Chia seeds
    2 Tbs. Flax oil
    1 scoop brewers yeast
    cover w/ ice water

    I absolutely LOVE organic grapefruit juice!!! ............. So I add approx. 1 Cup
    and a chunk of Ginger ...........
    AFTERNOONS: (esp on a hot day) ......... I love to make :
    Organic carrots
    Pineapple
    small amt greens
    Opt: apple
    Grapefruit juice and generous amt. ginger
    It is so tangy and refreshing!

    I am amazed at how daily juicing (green drinks) curb appetite and I no longer want a lot of things I used to like! .......... same for hubby!

    Hi
    I also was on another juicing team and I saw you left for a more 'active' team ................ I had hoped it would 'pick up' and it has not .............. so I just joined this juice fasting team .................. a little compulsive of me as I usually check them out. I juice daily w/ green drinks ............... am wondering if it is strictly fasting .............. or some juicers who do eat some meals too. Would like to connect w/ people where I have common interests. Hope you like this team ............. emoticon

    I see where you left the one team/ site for a more active one. I agree.
    Right now we have some stressful things going on so my mind and heart aren't in it for now.i will keep checking in on you as time allows. Best wishes for continued success.
