Pointe Shoes, half marathon, and cute clothes- here I come

My name ist Lily. I am 22 years old and enjoy dancing, running, baking, and cooking. I am a very healthy eater as long as I am cooking on my own, but sometimes I have to eat at work/college and I usually tend to eat and snack too much. I want to learn to listen to my body and to prepare meals so I do not depend on junk food from the cafeteria anymore.

My goal is to be happier with my body and to have more energy. I have a pair of jeans (my favourites!) I want to fit into again. I finally want to change my lifestyle for the better and be comfortable with my body. I want to adopt a life-long healthy lifestyle, but I want to reach my first weight-loss-goal by the week before christmas, when my sweetheart returns home! We are planning on getting more serious about moving together, engagement,... :-) We'll see!

My Goals:
I will lose 10 pounds by December (when my sweetheart returns from his stay abroad) I will run a half marathon, I will do the splits.

My Program:
NUTRITION:
I am watching my food, give up on cafeteria food and pepared foods completely and eat less sugar. I won't snack between meals and learn to listen to my body (stop eating when I am full)
FITNESS:
I am continuing dance practice 3 times a week, do cardio workouts 3 times a week and restart my strength training.
