Some text... Hello, greetings and salutations. I see your curiosity has brought you by for a lookee loo. I have been very thin, fit, fat and between and I'm done with the yo-yo.

I am approaching thirty years old. Not quite on the cusp but I am getting there, closer to thirty then twenty-five. Something like that. I am a lonely girl transplant from a big city of eight million people to a small one of a million... in a different country... all for love! Absent minded thinker in constant conflict with the typo queen in me. =D

I use a stability ball, light weights, and resistance bands for strength training in addition to strength training DVDs.

Alternating Turbo Jam, Yoga Booty Ballet and the Wii for cardio.

Sometimes I laugh and have a good time. Excellent workout routine! =D
