My Goals:
-To reach around 125, then gain muscle afterwards.

***I actually want to join crossfit more than anything, but I have some icky pain going on my lower back stopping me to do any lifting/bending. So I have to wait until it's healed.***
****To run a marathon***

My Program:
-I still follow my calorie intake which is more important helping it keep my weight off.
- I work on cardio/weight training/core as much as I can everyday.

Love what you are doing. Check out H.E.F.T.Y. Hunter education for today's youth. Non-profit are a ton and a half of work

Keep yourself busy exercise promotes weight-loss, and makes you happy :) I've been biking 20 miles a day and working out. Trying to get trim. David from California. I will check up on you. :)

I too have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine...weight loss will sometimes relieve apnea...but not always...I know plenty of "skinny" people with sleep apnea so I do wish you good luck in that arena.

As for the weight loss arena...that doesn't require luck...just determination and it sounds like you have it!!!!
