I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site; you'll be discovering new and exciting things for at least two months.Their are so many teams, you'll find several to choose from and you can join as many as you have time for.
