When were you banded? Next month will be three years for me, I was hoping to be at goal, but I wont make that, but what I keep focused on, is where I would be if I did not have the band. :) It is a great tool. Wishing you continued success, go get em!!

I had mine done over a year ago, got prego and everything was put on hold. I have been dieing to get back on track so I will be going in for a fill in 2 weeks.
I am planning to work my way up to running, I wouldnt be able to go out side and run now... I would die! You could do it to start walking then gradually go faster trying to beat your last time.
t-shirt biz, I spend alot of free time brainstorming how to compet with such a saturated business.
