I am in control of my actions, i can do this.

This is something i've needed to do for a long time. I have spent the better part of my 20's, almost their entirety actually, being overweight. I really can't say exactly what happened, but NO more excuses. No more laziness. With immense support from my best friend, and my husband, who is a pillar of strength and encouragement for me, I am actively making changes to a healthier, slimmer me. As i quickly approach 30, I'm getting closer and closer to a more beautiful, confident me.

My Goals:
1-To no longer fall under the "obese" category of the Body Mass Index.
2-To not have to look in the mirror and wonder what happened, and how did I let myself get to this point?
3-To be at my goal weight by New Years Eve, 2008. So I can start off 2009, and my 30's HEALTHY and FIT, and FABULOUS!

My Program:
My main objective is to GET IN THE GYM!
I got a YMCA membership a couple months ago, and I haven't been in almost 3 weeks! I was going strong then started slacking. If I can incorporate some level of at least 30 minutes of exercise activity each day, it will be a huge improvement.

Personal Information:
I will be 29 years old in July. I am a bank manager in Ashland, Oregon.

Other Information:
I can't wait until the Sex and the City movie comes out this Friday!!
