Is the problem you are having finding time for exercise?
I saw on the team that you need support.
Everyone in your life is important. But you are the foundation.
You have to br fit and healthy to care for everyone else. So make time , as little as 10 minutes at a time you can work exercise into your day.
You schedule everything else, so schedule time for yourself.
Don;t try to do too much at once.
You can do it.
