My Goals:
Lose Weight
Be able to walk again
Give up all Pop
Give up most Sweets
Give up all Junk Food

My Program:
I'm going to count my calories and try to stay on a 1,500 calorie diet. Drink no more pop, and try to get in a little exercise everyday. It's going to be very hard for me at first as I can not walk far at all.

Personal Information:
I live in McArthur, Ohio with my husband of 14 years and our furbaby Dotty Sue who will be 16 years old on August 18, 2014.

Other Information:
I am a Christian
I have no Children, I Love Kids but am unable to have any.
I like to read my Bible as well as other books some I've read are: Heaven is for Real

Hi Missy, ooh thank you for the fruit , burp! It was all so good emoticon We are packing for an extended trip. We will be leaving Sun night with our travel trailer going across country and then up to Montreal Canada . I will not have Internet most of the time so may be out of touch but you'll be n my thoughts and prayers. I haven't gotten to see your utube program yet but it's on my to do list. Take care, stay on track I'll check in when I can.
