Thanks for the comment on my page. lol yes kids are observant and that definately not always a good thing. Especially when she asks when daddy's baby is coming (he has a belly.) I think the lower carb thing is actually working. I didn't go as low as the "low carb" diet says. I just stayed at the low end of sp ppls carb range.(sometimes a little under.) So that way I still get a little bread. I also upped my fats to the high end of sp ppls range. Results? 4 pounds in the past two weeks. And 1 inch loss in the belly. Hopefully that keeps up. Then I can be to goal by 7/11. WOO HOO! Very excited! Congrats in advance for making it to the 160's! 2499 days ago
p90x is really good work out. but as other people say.. It't not really for weight loss but muscle gain and tone your body up. I can see now.. lol you CAN lose weight by doing it though!! I don't know I've only done it for a months so ... I am not so sure.. but it definitely is toning my body up! don't worry too much about being too muscular .. It's not gona happen so soon in like 3 months progress.. I THINK lol ... but everyone is different and have different style body so.. I don't know .but i really love this work out. I am doing this with my husband. my husband loves it too. I think It's worth the money and worth to try ! :)
