My name is Melissa, I have 4 wonderful kids, and an unbeliveable husband. My family belongs to a wonderful little church filled with wonderful people. My goal is to try and lose 3 pounds per week. If I can I will be back down to 129 by June "2009"!!

My Program:
I will have to change the way that I eat,and also I am going to do my Slim In 6 videos. Oh, and I can't forget about my walks! LOL!

Missy,

Good morning and good luck at meeting all your goals for today. I am hoping to do better on eating today. I have learned to love to exercise now I have to learn to eat healthy. I can do that maybe I will reach my goal. I have a thyroid problems and it has been a battle to lose weight. I try to remember I can do anything if I just keep at it. Good luck today.

i got into a size 36c-really needed a d-and size 8 shoes n size b panty hose for the wedding. plus the dress i got 4 my b-day last month is already big-16.
i won't b able 2 overeat @ d wedding or my clothes will pop-ha-ha!
!!!!!!!!!!NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for adding me as a friend. Looks like we have the same goals! I've been on 2 months and am about 1/2 way there. After I hit 148 I'm going to re-assess and figure out where I really need to be. I was 120 for years but now that I'm older, 135 might be better. It depends on how it all tones up! I really like Spark because it encourages me to take weight off slowly in a healthy way. It's kind of frustrating sometimes because I want it all to come off NOW, but slow and steady wins the race and keeps it off at the finish line. I'm still struggling to incorporate all of the tools and good habits but have managed to stick with enough of it most days to lose 20 pounds and 11 inches so far, which translates into 2.5 pant sizes and a better outlook and lots of Spark friends!
Good luck and stay in touch. I'll be gone most of this weekend, but am usually on several times a day.
