i got into a size 36c-really needed a d-and size 8 shoes n size b panty hose for the wedding. plus the dress i got 4 my b-day last month is already big-16. i won't b able 2 overeat @ d wedding or my clothes will pop-ha-ha! !!!!!!!!!!NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for adding me as a friend. Looks like we have the same goals! I've been on 2 months and am about 1/2 way there. After I hit 148 I'm going to re-assess and figure out where I really need to be. I was 120 for years but now that I'm older, 135 might be better. It depends on how it all tones up! I really like Spark because it encourages me to take weight off slowly in a healthy way. It's kind of frustrating sometimes because I want it all to come off NOW, but slow and steady wins the race and keeps it off at the finish line. I'm still struggling to incorporate all of the tools and good habits but have managed to stick with enough of it most days to lose 20 pounds and 11 inches so far, which translates into 2.5 pant sizes and a better outlook and lots of Spark friends!
