Hi there! My name is Chantelle and I am a 21 year old from Ontario Canada. I need to lose 80lbs to reach my goal weight of 140. I just got engaged on Christmas eve 2010 and am looking to start planning my wedding. I want to be at my goal weight (or at least close to) before I start dress shopping! I have been 'trying' to lose weight for going on 3 years now but have never really been serious about it. I feel ready to get my butt in gear and get to work on the rest of my life! ...

I feel ready to get my butt in gear and get to work on the rest of my life! ------------ My done statement ------------ I am DONE feeling worthless I am DONE being the fat friend I am DONE trying to find ways to hide my body I am DONE staying home because I have nothing to wear I am DONE making excuses I am DONE living my life around my size I am a DONE GIRL! My contract; I, Chantelle, will reach my goal of 140lbs (72lbs lost) by July 2012. To make it easier on myself I will set smaller goals to reach to keep me motivated. They are; By our 7 year anniversary (Dec 3) I will be down 15lbs By New Years Eve I will be down 23lbs By Valentine's day I will be down 35lbs By Easter I will be down 51lbs By Canada Day I will be down 75lbs By July 21 I will be at 140lbs! I CAN DO THIS!

My Goals:
-reach my weight goal of 125lbs healthily -learn to run 5K -wear a white bikini -not hide behind my size
My Program:
-Walk Missy every day, even if just for 10 minutes -Do heavy cadio (ex. running, biking) every other da for a minimum of 20 minutes -Do yoga on my days off of heavy cardio -do strength training every other day -track what I eat BEFORE I eat it

Things I love: - My Fiance - Missy, Boo and Ginger -Curling up with a good book - PJ's fresh from the dryer -Shoes Things I definitaly don't love: -bills - taking the bus -the scale and mirrors (But I am trying to change that) Things that I aspire to do: - Run a Marathon - Get my life on track - Graduate College and figure out what I want to do with my life then do it and rock at it!
