As a matter of fact i have lost two whole lbs =) not much i know but i love love love sp! I have been doing pretty good keeping track of everything, and i am so much more aware of what i am eating! I could still eat much healthier and i am trying but i am only 4lbs out from my first goal! 2366 days ago
Oat bran is a type of cereal - it is ground so I think it would turn out quite a bit differently if you used oats, but I'll bet it would still be good. You would probably want to soak the oats first though if you're going to use them instead. You would find the oat bran either in the cereal aisle near oatmeal or sometimes in the baking aisle by all the flours and stuff. 2367 days ago
Mmmmm - all those recipes sound great. I am really trying to limit my sweets right now, but pumpkin desserts are usually not too high in calories. I have been allowing myself a skinny cow ice cream bar after dinner - they are only 100 calories and I love them!
