My Program:
1400-1700 calories per day.
At least 100 grams protein.
Between 35-55 grams fat.
At least 25 grams fiber.

Other Information:
Exercise:
Cardio:
55 minutes,
Minimum of 4X week
Cardio can be Leslie Sansone DVD, line dancing, dance DVD's, practice dancing, brisk walking .

Ballet barre 2X week

Work on balance, technique and choreography.

Upper body and ab strength training 2X week

Intuitive stretching as needed

Stay moving with light activity

Training goals:
Walk 5k in August
Walk 5 k in September
Teach new line dance class in fall ("artistic" line dane)

Thanks so much, I'm going to check out the link. I really struggle with accepting change in general.... and I think this is the biggest change of all and it freaks me out LOL. But I will dig deeper. :) I also think I've used my fat as a shield for many years, that's a big part of it too ha ha.
