My Program:
1200-2000 calories per day. Follow Spark suggested
macros eating whatever foods my body seems to want and need and avoiding what doesn't agree with me.

Cardio:
55 minutes,
Minimum of 5X week
Cardio can be Leslie Sansone DVD, line dancing, dance DVD's, practice dancing, brisk walking .


Work on balance, technique and choreography.

Upper body and ab strength training 2X week

Intuitive stretching as needed

Stay moving with light activity

Training goals:
Teach line dance and practice for Christmas performance.
Work on flexibility:
Touch toes
High Kicks
Splits
Cartwheel
