Thank you very much for your comments on my blogs. I feel so supported.
Eat to Live does not suggest eating a lot of grains (at all). The maximum of carb rich foods like potatoes and grains in that program is 1 cup per day. Bread is not seen as a useful food. Nuts are kept to a maxium of 30 grams (about 1 handfull). Beans should be at least 1 cup per day though.
