Thanks for such an interesting comment on my blog about maintenance. I, too, find that more exercise can make me hungrier. I am avoiding reducing my calories too much each day, though, because I don't want to find myself feeling deprived and tired while I lose this excess weight. What I AM doing is exactly what you say is necessary: I am carefully watching that wiggle room. And you are so right about tracking. I needed that reminder. I will begin to do that again starting today. It is so easy to get lazy.
