Do you know what I love about your comments?! They are supportive of course but they make me THINK. Thinking is very important on this journey! I keep reminding myself that while 90 pounds down is great for my stamina when it comes to walking around, imagine what losing another 20-30 will do for me. In fact, I think I might need to pull out a 20 pound dumbbell I have (that I can't lift for exercise btw LOL) and hold that and walk from one side of my living room to the other. As a physical reminder of how much easier life could be 20 more pounds from now. I also have a clean bill of health, but I am obviously still very overweight, and we know what the long term affects are of being overweight. So added health will be a bonus. Thank you for having me spell it out, I did it for me but decided to share it with you because you got me thinking! :D Thank you!!
