Eat the Rainbow (food that connects with the chakras)

Thanks so much for watching my video blog and for expressing an interest in my mission. I have been thinking about this for a long time but could not get started as long as I was dulling my mind and senses with too much food and alcohol. It'll be a challenging task, but I'm looking forward to trying to make a difference over here in Japan.
