My body is a fortress....
Hello my name is Monica. I am 32 years old and the mother of one. I have to retool my goals and my motivation. I work out now pretty much 4-5 days a week. I am not seeing the results I would like to see so now I am going back over my idea of what I would like to see happen with my body. I have decided I want to wear a bikini again. So I have decided to get my hormones under control. I want to up my workouts to build a better body. I am so motivated now.
