Dieting and exercising after having a handsome little boy on 8/8/2012!

I'm Sara and I have become somewhat obsessed with exercising and eating healthy. Being a stay at home mom can be quite boring at times especially when you have a 6 month old who is very independant and good. I have lost so much motivation over the years when I had tried exercising before. Now, I feel that I am finally getting back into the swing of things and being a lot healthier. I have lost so much motivation over the years when I had tried exercising before. Now, I feel that I am finally getting back into the swing of things and being a lot healthier. It wasn't the fact that I wanted to "look" better as to why I started my dieting back... It was mostly to be just healthier and active for when my husband is at work and my son wants to play outside when he gets older. I would hate to tell him I can't play with him because I'm not fit, and thus far-I have seen amazing results!

My Goals:
My year goal (before my wedding date of 12/6/2013) is to weigh about 130 pounds.
And if I don't get to be that small, then being at least 140 pounds would make me very happy. :)

My Program:
Monday through Saturday I do aerobics for 30 minutes, and on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I add Yoga after my aerobics. Monday through Saturday I also do cardio training (using the game The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout via Xbox 360 Kinect) for 30 minutes every evening. I also portion my food because I have learned that eating 4-5 meals a day is healthiest and eating little at a time. I drink about 6 glasses of water per day (8 oz servings each) and I have made a fitness calendar for every month where I list my goals for every month, and my measurements every month along with my weekly (on Sundays) weigh-in (pounds only). I also choose an article of clothing (mostly just jeans) that I put on my closet door for me to see every morning when I get up to help keep me motivated.

Other Information:
I love cooking, working on cars, doing hair and make-up, shopping, taking care of my soon-to-be-husband, Brandon, and our handsome son, Matthew. I also enjoy video gaming. :)
