My Goals:
*Beat my roomate,friends,and father at NO-FAT-NOVEMBER!!
(yes we are having a weight loss competition = super motivating!)

*Routine!!

*This is finally the diet that is going to last a life-time.

*getting my six pack abs back, before my fave boy comes home on leave for xmas :)





My Program:
*focusing on strength training of lower body.

*trying to change up the cardio, since the doc said I am in athlete condition with a sitting heart rate of 45. And even after a 5 mile run, I don't feel "worked out enough".




Personal Information:
*MidWestern girl born and raised, but California girl at heart.

*I do financial Planning, and might be the workaholic posterchild, soooo time and routine is a definite struggle in my dieting.
