Butterfly lovers and shutterbugs unite! Thank you for asking me to be your SparkBuddy! I'd love to. In fact, I just scheduled a Personal Training session for Monday. I play tennis so I get a good amt of cardio, but I really need more strength training. I like to weigh-in on Fridays. Shall we? I've been avoiding it, but it's good to know where you are so that you can mark your progress.
